Kate's journey commenced in the dynamic realm of M&A, bolstered by a foundation in commercial law. Her expertise quickly expanded across diverse sectors including retail, logistics, property, and transport, driven by an unwavering dedication to enhancing customer experiences. Spearheading collaborations with industry giants such as House of Fraser, John Lewis, and Tesco in her early logistics days, Kate's leadership transcended borders, fuelling the global expansion of major retailers into markets spanning Asia, America, Russia, and beyond.
Armed with an MBA from Cranfield University, Kate embarked on her entrepreneurial odyssey, harnessing her strategic acumen to forge pivotal relationships and decode customer priorities. Transitioning seamlessly into the construction and commercial sector, her mastery of ESG principles to drive sustainable growth underscored her multifaceted approach to elevating customer experiences.
A pivotal moment arrived when Kate recognised the overlooked potential of customer-centric strategies among SMEs, leading her to establish CXY. This venture evolved into Cooper-Fay Harris, where Kate orchestrates transformative business growth on a global scale. Collaborating extensively with investors, she navigates businesses toward investment readiness, scalable opportunities, and seamless exits, exponentially increasing value for stakeholders. With a focus on international landscapes including the UAE, USA, and Asia, Kate's vision epitomises global connectivity and strategic foresight essential for sustained success.

Louise Harris
CO-FOUNDER
A chartered management accountant & fellow of CIMA by trade, Louise Harris’ career in significant FTSE COO, FD & Non-Exec Roles has clients describing her as “Best in Class” for her unwavering commitment to optimising profits and enabling growth.
Forging her early career in some big British heavy weights (British Airways, BT & British Gas) Louise quickly realised she was more motivated by improving business performance than just reporting it. Now some 15 years later, renowned as a leading business transformation consultant Louise has been instrumental in leading many global business transformation programmes, restructuring many target operating models. mobilising large contracts / TUPE transfers & re-engaging many disenfranchised teams to deliver: £200m+ cost out programme at Cazoo, achieving significant pre-divestment profit improvement at Capita, >40% improvement in pre-tax SME profits, the recovery of millions of £’s of cash pre the Carillion collapse and more recently at Mitie she continues to lead significant service & profit improvement across a number of complex PFI contracts, to name but just a few.
How has she achieved this, well in short…because like her business partner kate@cooperfayharris.com, Louise uses all of her experience to quickly and holistically diagnose the root causes of business issues and fix them. Louise’s overarching goal is to make business better. In consultation with clients, Louise develops lasting transformation programmes that deliver exponential profits and growth by enabling and empowering people to perform better; simplifying & digitising business processes; creating business cultures that inspire personal growth & retention; and achieving a more seamless user experience.
A strong advocate of paying forward to the next generation, Louise is proud to mentor other young women and entrepreneurs whilst also juggling her responsibilities as a busy working mum, wife, and daughter. Recently re-married, and with her new surname “Harris”, Louise is excited to also transform our very successful consulting business "CXY" into its new brand Cooper-Fay Harris to deliver an e2e service for our clients from securing funding through to optimisation of businesses and portfolios through to exit.
